What happened to the code in real estate

Out sourcing in real estate is okay as long as you aware it is being done and the possible ramifications. What am I referring to?

Possible short selling out sourcing. We have hired internal personnel to deal with our short sale work load since the change in the real estate market.

It has changed and made us a better choice whn it comes to dealing with the short sales.

Saugus California foreclosure pre listing stage

Here is a new order we have received and I am taking names with regard to interest for this home that is a foreclosure located in Saugus California in the Santa Clarita Valley.

Bridgeport pool in Valencia CA pool. Lots of fun

Some, when shoppng for a home are looking for a swimming pool. But to save from the upkeep and upfront costs of buying a home that has its own private in ground pool, might the Paris911 team suggest a pool that belongs to a community?

It would be hard to find a private pool like the one located at Bridgeport in Valencia CA, in the Santa Clarita Valley. It consists of two sections one has a beach entry and does not get deeper than three and one half feet.

The other section is almost twice that size and gets to five feet deep. No diving records will be made here but that is deep enough for laps and pool parties.

Bridgeport homes range in price from tri- level townhomes in the four hundred thousand dollar range to million dollar estates that are on a large man made lake. There are even paddle boats to rent.

July 4th get away from Remax and The Paris911 Te

Probably one of our most famous places away from Remax of Santa Clarita and Remax of Valencia we are known as (aka) The Paris911 Team, is the city of San Diego.

We cannot take extended vacations as some others that are in different fields of endeavor, we only can get away for a day or two at the most. So we are staying for one night at the San Diego Sheraton in the Marina by San Diego Airport.

Would you believe they overbooked. That is a first for us while arriving late last night. So instead of being closer to the top we are getting a room with a view of a roof top. But I am thankful to get to take a fast break to spend some quality time with my beloved Paris and kids.

Finding it very difficult not to answer calls for service or emails, we accepted back in the 1990's when we started at Remax of Santa Clarita and Remax of Valencia forming The Paris911 Team, we would have to undergo a life change. We have adjusted and our clients have commented that our customer service and attention to duty is the best they have witnessed in The Real Estate Venue.

We will be back In Pocket in short order and hope all of you had a great 4th of July. Connor with Honor
